Hi friends, it’s been a while since I’ve been here writing something for you, but the truth is, the longer I’ve been absent, the harder it became to get back here and write.
Oh don't be sorry. You needed time to heal. We love you and I love your contribution to my never dying love of good and wonderful recipes. Take your time and start with baby steps. I guarantee you will get back to your healthy self. After all, that's all we all can ask for.
I, too, have stopped writing for a while and just started writing again recently.
One of my writing instructors shared with us on day one of the class:
"One of the best skills we can cultivate then, is the skill of coming back—which includes forgiving ourselves for having stopped. Forgiveness, in general, may be the key to success, when it comes to not just coming back but to accepting the entire process."
